Is Tim Bradley ready for the Hatton-Pac winner?

I've been thinking about this since the fight last Saturday. Nothing's been set in stone or anything, of course, but Bradley's made himself an attractive option for either guy since he offers two belts and brings an unbeaten record to the table. He's also young, comes to fights in great condition, and brings athleticism, guts, and skills to the table. That he bounced back that quick from a killer left hook from Holt really ripped Kendall's heart out and made Holt very tentative to throw for essentially the rest of the fight.

The question is, are those good qualities enough to overcome that he's still relatively green, and still makes those kinds of mistakes against either Pac or Hatton? Is he ready for either guy?

    No.

Nor should he get the Hatton-Pac winner.

Loser possibly, but the winner should go on to fight JMM/Mayweather/Cotto/Mosley.

He's the number one challenger for Hatton now! Number 2 in the division.

Badley is a good fighter, he has the belts and all he needs now is the resume, he needs to slowly build it like cotto did. fights against torres, malignaggi, judah and campbell would be good for him at this stage of his career. if hatton loses against pacquiao (very likely) then i think that bradley will call him out but it would be difficult for him to get the fight.

He's never going to get the opportunity, so who cares?

If I were Bradley, I'd be pushing my people to make a Nate Campbell fight. Him and Malignaggi are probably the two biggest names that would actually fight Bradley, would get on the networks, and who Bradley would have a good chance of beating.

I agree with you. Campbell, the Ortiz/Kotelnik winner, Alexander, and Peterson are guys he should be looking to fight. Hatton or Pac will never fight him.

I'd like him to square off with Torres. Torres was headbutted out of a belt, and he deserves this chance.

No. He's only 23, and has a lot of developing to do - I like the guy, but he only beat Holt out of superior will and heart, not out of skill. He needs to learn to cover himself properly, and not do an Enzo Maccarinelli when moving out of range. He needs to develop his power a bit and learn not to pitty-pat and slap as much as he does.

There's no way he'll fight the winner of Hatton/Pacquiao - the winner will have JMM, Cotto, Mosley, maybe even PBF to cash in on. He might fight Hatton if Hatton loses, though. I don't think he should be getting involved with the big boys until he's a bit older.

NO... He'll be on the outside looking in.. Maybe he'll end up like Paul Williams..

He can have a rematch with holt or fight the winner of Bailey/Urango now that bailey is the #1 contender for Urango's title.. Urango will get his ass beat by Berto so he can come back down and fight Bailey and the winner can fight Bradley...

Im positive that PAc/hatton isn't going to waste their time with Bradley.. It's not his time yet..

Unfortunately for bradley, he belongs with Ortiz, Holt, urango, and bailey's of the division..

I think Timothy deserves a shot against the loser of the Pac/Hatton fight....I hope he fights the loser or he fights Urango for a unification!
