Tim Bradley gave his word as a man that he would quit commentating and speaking on Boxing as a whole If Ryan Garcia won. Well Garcia not only won but won in dominant fashion yet Bradley is still out there rambling on while making excuses.

To be fair I wasn't a fan of the cringe that Ryan was putting out and maybe that molded some of Bradley's opinions of him but I looked past all of that and thought Garcia is a talented fighter and should still be given his due.
Either way Bradley gave his Word and what I was taught is Word is Bond.

Anyway I hit a 2leg parley - Garcia to win and the over on rounds. Hats off to Garcia for a great win and thanks for the extra coin.

Bradley said something stupid and hyperbolic but it's absurd for anyone to expect him to quit commentating. That being said, I guarantee he learned a big lesson and he will never say something like that again. Time to be a professional, Timmy.

Fair enough but he passionately gave his word as a Man. His words not mine. I think he should retire for at least 1 month and then come out of retirement and back as a commentator just more humble.
If he did this then at least Timmy could say he kept his Word.

Unlikely that Timmy learned anything since he is full of excuses for Haney. He needs to retire but is using excuses to try and convince someone, anyone, that the only reason Garcia won is because he weighed 143 with long pants and shoes on

Unfortunately Bradly will never stop running his mouth. He belongs on DAZN with the other 2 crap announcers

I just watched a fish bait from ProBox. Apparently Timmy wont keep his word and resign because he has no honor - Word is Bond.

Remember when Bradley was calling Haney a "young master" during the Kambozo fight?

Bradley sucks up to fighters of his own demo, in this case he believed Haney was the next big thing, which tells you how much he really knows.

Bradley generally makes 1 or 2 decent points per broadcast. That doesn't make up for the other 4 hours of awful he delivers. Bradley shouldn't make bets he won't deliver on, or he should have walked back his statement when Ryan missed weight (would of been understandable). But I don't believe he did, so he should keep to his word and resign in shame, hopefully taking a vow of silence the rest of his years. Maybe ESPN could get Roy Jones on commentary to replace him.

Tbh he said "if that happens, I should quit" not that "I promise I will quit" or anything that made this a bet of any kind. His punishment will be a month or so of public mockery and learning a lesson. Which is fair.

At the end of the day Bradley isn't just a commentator hes a hall of fame boxer who was quite a bit better than Garcia and Haney. Him retiring from talking about boxing isn't going to happen. Also most people picked Haney to easily win that fight. So far as making bold proclamations go that was a pretty safe one to make. He wasn't exactly swearing up and down Chisora would beat Tyson Fury.

If you don't like his commentary that is fair. But its not to actually expect him to retire over this.

Its funny how Timmy starts to hyperventilate when he talks about Ryan.

Timmy's own words " I despise Ryan Garcia"

Looks like Ryan is living in Timmy's head rent free. Lol
