Gave a roided "Professor of Boxing" who was coming off of a scintillating KO victory over the GOAT a thorough boxing lesson. Received a BS draw w/ Chaves. Timmeh also has the GOAT sexy body/booty. 140 was a weak division back then. Witter, Peterson, Holt and Alexander are all fantastic wins, and wins that put Bradley on P4P lists. But those will not get him into the HOF. Bradley lost all 3 Pacquiao fights(no shame there) and beat an old Marquez in a razor sharp fight. (for which he does get his deserved credit)
Im afraid not. Top notch though, KO power is such a massive weapon in this sport that when you havnt got any your opponant has got a hell of alot less to worry about. People like Bradley and Paulie Magg reached the very top and won world titles without much power at all against elite level class acts. But im not sure hes done even nearly enough to be considered an ATG.
Everyone with a brain (including Tim Bradley) knows he lost to Pac three times, regardless of what the judges scored in the first fight. Tim Bradley is a Hall of Famer but NOT an ATG.
Old Marquez? The Marquez of III, IV, and Bradley fights were arguably the most dangerous version of all considering the Weapon-Mex program that JMM underwent. JMM had developed his already good power into frightening power.
40 years old is still 40 years old. Even if he was juiced to the gills. Marquez focused more on power than speed and it was evident. He threw less but with more conviction.
Marquez increased his power and his speed actually increased as well (though it looked like he maintained his speed rather than increased) per him and Memo. Regardless, most dangerous versions of himself.
If somebody cant see the difference between Marquez in the first Pac fight and then Marquez in the Bradley fight then they're a lost cause. They should just blind themselves because their eyes are of no use anyways.
