i dont dislike tony bellew in fact i'd like him to win, but i feel that if he fought guys like murat he would have been clearly beat, we'v never seen bellew show any great technical skill or ring craft. he would have stood there and gotten stopped by murat who himself is nothing more then a solid euro champ.

If Nathan Cleverly is anything, he will smash Tony Bellew tonight. However, I think this fight may be a little closer than everyone thinks. This isn't really a world title fight, it's fringe class against British level. An athletic intelligent former supermiddleweight against a decent British level light heavyweight who may be struggling at the weight. If Bellew comes in fit, focussed and uses his aggression sensibly, then he has a chance of landing a Bingo shot.
I can see Bellew winning to be honest, he must be well up for this, but I would not be surprised if Cleverly makes him look like a fool. I think it will be a decent fight, perhaps with some controversy. Cleverly needs to be off the ball and Bellew must be at his ultimate to win tonight. :good

I can see Cleverly just wading in and making a mockery of Bellew's supposed offensive arsenal. Bellew will be upright and stiff and just get tagged repeatedly and his determination to counter and strike in situations which are supposedly advantageous to him, will be his undoing.

I wish people would shut up about Karo Murat like he amounts to something. It barely impresses me more than beating Bob Ajisafe. He's a short squat guy with absolutely no movement, no foot movement no head movement. He's easily beat. The guy is like a really really ****ing **** Arthur Abraham difference being he has none of the power And no he wouldn't beat Tony Bellew regardless of what happens tonight. He'd be perfect for Bellew to tee off on, you don't even need to set up your shots against him because he has no body movement, he either blocks or gets hit and either way if you can sustain it = easy win.

Is he worth a bet at 9-1 for a KO or 6-1 for a tKO?. (i hate that there is separate bets from TKO and KO it should just be for s stoppage win IMO)

I'd like to see Cleverly win, but I've put a decent amount of cash on Bellew doing the business. The odds are too good to ignore.

Shenmue, where have you found those odds? Paddy Power just offer (a) win on points (b) win by stoppage

SKY bet, its putting me off having a bet because what happen if i bet a tenner on KO but bellew gets a TKO. Its stupid IMO.

i want bellew to win but this fight is a little too soon for him, at this stage bellew should be challenging for the euro and defending it a few times, cleverly is on the verge of being world class and i reckon he beats shumenov but he's not ready to fight hopkins, cloud, dawson just yet.

Bellew is a good lad but he's going to get ****ing embarassed tonight... I hope he manages to land a few decent digs for pride sake, never nice seeing a game fighter getting schooled.
