Is Top Rank losing face and GBP the new King of promotions?

I post something like this every six months... but I just looked at their stable of fighters and GBP has too many... old, current stars, and prospects.. but TOp Rank really doesn't have much as they use to.. and their stars.. Pac an JMM are about to be out the window... they do have Donaire, Rigo, Rios, and Bradley plus some others.. but is it enough against a stacked GBP?

Does this seem like the end of Top Rank? And should they keep doing in-house fights if so? THoughts?

Top Rank have some stars --- Donaire, Pacquiao, JCC Jr. --- but not much else. They're getting spread thin and Haymon's connection with GBP is giving them the edge in prospects.

That's what I was really thinking man.... Haymon helps them.. as well as ODH's connection with young Mexicans like Mares and others... those are two huge pools of talent.... now if 50 Cent joins forces with Haymon and GBP.. we could literally see something huge that puts Top Rank way in the back burner... the only problem would be if GBP starts getting super corrupt (if they haven't already)

Both still have good vets with a stable of up & comers.
Even IF Bob drop's out, TR will still be around in full force.

Golden boy makes the best fights and thats why they are the best. Top rank isn't going anywhere, but they have lost there number 1 spot as top promotional company.

If they weren't so intent on warring with each other, it wouldn't matter who the biggest promotion was.

Take away Pacquiao from Top Rank and that organization goes bankrupt (not literally)...

Top Rank has HBO backing and thats serious $.Add on that they also do well to very good sales in their PPV events.
GBP has Showtime, which has a much lower budget than HBO.
Top Rank is still very much in control.

Golden Boy has definately taken over the number 1 spot. Their cards are constantly stacked and they are making the bigger fights. They have been putting in undefeated fighters against eachother, and have the better talent pool.

lol at peopel thinking gbp is taking over. ppv is the big money. first off top rank actually does ppvs and does well not a loss like on hopkins or maidana/morales fights.

secondly gbp is only a promoter in name for mayweather fights. mayweather makes most of this money by being the promoter. he controls the money. he takes the risk. gbp just is the licensed person in nevada because they have a license in nv.
