Yeah what you're doing is great. Those others are going to realize what they did wasnt good when they get into middle and older age and have ****ed up shoulders, knees, everything.
Overtraining is a consequence of not taking restvat the right time. I prefer not to run with a set programme as in times a days and days a week. Just keep going until you feel you need rest imo. Your tuning into yourself this way. Rythm.
