Reckon when he lets his hands go he pulls of some good combinations, i would never underestimate him reckon he has a good chance of beating Haye if he doesnt lose his head and keeps to a game plan. People who say he is utter shite are ******s you dont get the rankings he has for being a complete pudding..

Lets not forget that Haye was stopped by a former super middle.

Fury-Haye is a pick em, and I am going out on a limb and picking Fury.

Generally, if you follow the course of his career over the last 4 years, it is clear that Tyson Fury is a greatly improving fighter.

I'd say Haye is still a sensible favourite but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Fury pulls an upset.
Yes, he's better than most of you think he is, and Haye's possibly not as good as many think he is .... but the key variable is that it wouldn't be a shock to see on Sept.28th a Tyson Fury that is a lot better than we've seen before, because he's a classic case of a rising, improving quantity ... whereas Haye is a known quantity.

Unforgiven, I both agree with this and EXPECT it, because anything less would be a mockery, as the calibre of many fighters that we really have today is 3rd rate...

that said Fury still isn't as good as people think, and apart from his obvious Super-Heavyweight size advantage and a punchers chance. I'm expecting Haye to beat him up badly.

No disrespect to Fury, but this needs to happen to stop all this hyping & bull**** about subpar level fighters being equal to actual great & truly top fighters.

Ye i agree this KO ratio talk is bull****, Price had a high KO rate but stepped up and was exposed, Wilder has a 100% ratio but has fought all bums, Fury is very underrated and Haye is overrated, Haye only one a close decision against a slow lump in Valuev, Fury is quicker then Valuev throws a lot for a big man and trust me can punch hard, Ask Rogan and Cunningham if Fury can punch hard, Fury has about 3 times the heart and guts that Haye has, as fury has said in the build up he has lost fights but never jacked a fight like Haye against Wlad, Not saying Fury is ready for Wlad but honestly anyone who thinks this is an easy win for Haye isnt looking at the fight logically.

Steve Cunningham is shocked by how good Fury has been in sparring. He says had he been like that when they fought he'd have been schooled, high praise indeed.

I think people could be getting a shock in September.Fury is a big, strong, and YOUNG fighter who has been quite active, and ambitious.David was talking retirement before the Wlad fight.I don't think David would have had it his own way against Cunningham either, who beat a tougher man than any he beat at cruiser in Huck.Unless the odds are favourable,I won't be betting on Fury, but I won't be writing him off, either.

    Shocked, NO.

Any BIG S-HW over a normal size man has a punchers chance...

what we're waiting to see is IF his boxing & defence has improved, is he STILL going to look sloppy, wreckless and subpar. can he, will he take a proper punch, or 2 or 3 and survive.

Purists don't give a **** if he wins, we want to see WORTHY fighters & boxers who are good enough to be called champions.

yes he can win, but my guess is he'll STILL look the hack, amateurish and IF he gets pegged proper he's FINISHED.

On the contrary, Haye's the only one who's been seriously over-rated to that level. There was a Boxing News article a couple of years back that matched him with the greats, and had him knocking some of them out. Surely, you should be rooting for Fury to stem this crazy Haye hype, if that's the issue.

Thistle, this is after all,the heavyweight division.IF Fury won the world title,he wouldn't be the first somewhat crude boxer to do so.Wouldnt be the crudest either.I actually think he can box a bit.I agree with you that if he gets tagged it could be curtains, but surely that applies the other way round also.If Fury lands on him like he did Cunningham, will David shrug it off?I don't think so.In general,I prefer the lighter weights and a more level playing field, but theres a lot of of intangibles in this one, making it a great fight in prospect.
