Is Tyson Fury finished with Boxing?

I would say he definatly makes the division better. I dont think hes the best but i want to see a wilder showdown ,i beleive that will be great b/c its a fight no one can actually break down given the styles.

 

Really? I think Szpilka gave us a very clear insight in to how easy it would be for Fury.

 

Different fight..both Fury and Wilder like to fight going backwards and doing weird angles. Also its a BIG fight both are going to try hard to win bc more is at stake. Fury isnt going to be easy to muscle around and you don't know who is actually going to dictate this fight,this would be either to cautius or two guys going at it,one needs to press the action though. Wilder is a wild fighter in spurts he hits hard etc...who knows ..i did have fury winning but what fury is going to show up now? its a fight that both can reach eathother more easily than spizilka could and both hit harder than Spzilka so its going to be more desperate and urgency to actually fight.

Maybe the key will be someone unifying the division ... making a potential fight between a clear #1 on form against a theoretical #1 on a past achievement. Fury coming back for this is a financial win even if he lost (and he'd get a bit of a legacy pass losing to a unified champ, saying his heart wasn't in it etc.).

If he can back for warm up fights or against a single belt holder .... it's more of a bad risk/reward equation IMO.

 

U also have to ask, when and if he comes back what will his confidence be like. Having the time out, his mental health issues and the savaging he's had from the press will he be the same man. And confidence playing such a big part in his persona will he take that in to his next fight. So many fighters have had time off from the ring and came back but not the same

 

I expect him to come back, but it all depends on how everything works out with his suspension and how the details of it.
You can't tell me they just let everything slide due to him being mentally unstable, while they recently suspended one of his countrymen for 3 fakkin years for only one of the 2 or 3 violations (we still don't know what happened to one of them) Fury was caught up in.
Actually the fact of him being mentally unstable alone, might be a reason to deny him a license in the future.

I want him to come back though, and rematch Wlad...
