Is Tyson trying to duck the AJ when both camps have agreed the details and just finalising the location? https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/boxing/article-9354313/Tyson-Fury-reveals-drinking-12-PINTS-day-casts-doubt-Anthony-Joshua-fight.html
Fury has a history of ducking AJ. I mean, he's never fought him. Ruiz also called Fury out years ago on Seckbach's channel. Fury ducked Ruiz where as AJ had the courage to fight Ruiz not once but twice. AJ is actually the only HW to step in the ring with Ruiz two times. Ruiz has been boxing since he was a kid.
Fury - was chasing Wlad since like 2010 when he was 20 years old , signed to fight prime Haye twice, fought Wilder twice. Road warrior, always the underdog. Joshua - beats up 40 year old Wlad's leftovers and fringe contenders in Eddie's back garden. If anyone's ducking anyone it's Joshua. It's clear from the interviews that Fury is frustrated with the difficulties of making the fight and is just taking his frustration out on the interviewers.
No. Fury wants to fight Joshua. Joshua wants to fight Fury. It all depends on whether the promoters have actually closed the deal. They've been saying "eveything agreed" since last year, actually.
Fury has been going on a diet for the last month with his nutritonist he is pre-preparing for a fight in June. His casual negativity in regards to a big fight is a trait of his. He has been let down many times, he doesn't get his hopes up. He expected Haye would avoid him He expected Wlad to avoid him He thought Wilder might pull out on him He ain't getting up for AJ
I am sure Fury regrets not being in a position physically, mentally and substance use wise, to have faced AJ early in AJs title reign, as he sure as hell would won with the gas tank issues that AJ had. I would never suggest that Fury is ducking AJ, but i do believe that if the bout is made , then AJ will be his last opponent whether Fury wins or loses, it will be a mega bucks fight and despite Furys talk of being a fighter, he has lost that fighting spirit, that desire. One loss (however unlikely that might or might not be) and Fury would leave the sport stage left quicker than Naseem Hamed did after his solitary defeat. Come on Fury get back into the squared circle and defend your belt, whether that be against AJ or another opponent, the title should not be put into cold storage, the history of this great title has had too many champions do that. Sadly i cannot see Fury doing a full training camp for any opponent other than AJ, motivation just not there, a pity as Fury has such a array of boxing attributes that he brings to the ring.
Yeah..... fights Wlad and Wilder in there back yards but is ducking AJ and Ruiz. Don't talk nonsense.
Fury probably just needs some extra time to let the cocktail of drugs out his system so he can **** clean. It's ironic that generally the boxers with dad bods are the ones juicing and getting caught whilst the shredded boxers are passing all the tests. Makes sense though, lack of dedication and discipline so look for shortcuts.
