How do you think the bookies would see this fight? As most people think price would win but in general fury has done more and is a bigger name.

  3. I think Price has more ability than Fury, but what would concern me if the fight was made next, is Price's lack of experience against good fighters.

For all his faults, Fury has racked up a decent little record, with a few patsies, then McDermott x 2, Chisora and a few overseas names with decent credentials.

Price had a good win on debut against Ingleby, then fought some of the worst imports I've ever seen for the next 18 months/2 years..... then Dallas, who lost clearly to Zack Page.

He's nearly 29 and will probably start slowing down soon, whereas Fury can only improve from hereon.

Price wins inside 3 rounds IMO but I don't believe the fight will happen any time soon fury will drop his titles rather than take the fight by saying he's looking for world level fights rather than British would be great if this fight did happen for a world title in a couple of years though

I really think it depends which Tyson Fury turns up, on his day he could hammer Price, if he is not on his game Price could knock him out.

The pace Fury sets will be to much for Price, the pace McDermott will set if he's fired up will be too.

To be fair when he fought Firtha i went away from that fight thinking he took a silly shot , but no one can deny that Fury threw some classy combinations that night, I like Fury because in his fights everything gets thrown in including the kitchen sink, good heart, and he is a fighter and he dont just turn up for a cheque...
Lets be honest if Fury went full time with Emanuel Steward, got a nutritionist and started training in weights and really putting in the fitness part he would be a monster, but instead he doesnt train properly, doesnt eat properly and is still blasting people out is says alot about his ability.
I dont mind Price but I feel he has been massively let down by his promotor/manager.. I hope he does well but i cant cast judgement till he starts fighting decent opponents..

Mr Price gets overrated so much! damn it's getting silly! With his past chin problems, he is also a knockout waiting to happen IMO.

But if the two fight, i think Price knocks Fury out. Early.

    He is still overrated tho

Really? Price has looked dreadful and hasn't even faced 'decent' domestic level opposition yet.

Fury has a couple of solid journeyman and Chisora. I'm not even sold on Price's supposed power yet. It looks good, but against who, Tom Dallas?

Price is one of the most overrated fighters around based on what he's shown as a pro thus far.

Fury did do quite a number on Firtha impressively at times, but Firtha's claim to fame is he went 10 rounds with Povetkin (stil losing every round and being dominated) he's not much of anything other than tough.

Fury was shocking against Pajkic, he can't fight going backwards at all and against someone like Price who matches him physically and has more boxing ability and power, you've got to back Price for that fight, I think Fury knows it too, that's why he's not too keen on the idea.
