Sanders is one of my favorite fighters of all time and Sadly also one of the "what could have been" ones.

He dropped Vitali. Still Wonder what he could have done with better stamina.

A shame Lewis never fought him.

Sanders was a Full-Time Golfer and was semi-retired from Boxing & laying by his swimming pool in South Africa when he got the call asking if he wanted a shot at Waldo Klitschko... Waldo's Team figured he'd be well out of shape and an easy victim for Waldo!! Sanders made a big mistake not moving his family to Germany permanently... After the Vitali fight he fought a few times in Germany but said he didn't like it there and ended his contract to be later killed in South Africa at a birthday party that got robbed by thugs!

Lennox is definitely, but why Vitaly? For me he was overrated. Vitaly has nothing to stop Fury, he didn't even manage to knock out Briggs, who was a walking punch-bag. Vitaly was very good if he was bigger than his opponent.

Sanders who was knocked out by Nate Tubbs and Hasim Rahman and has fuel for 3-4 rounds. If Sanders hadn't defeated Vlad, we would never have mentioned him.

The Sniper dropped Vitali Klit which made him change his fighting technique from round 2 on...

He almost had Rahman KO'd and Rahman Destroyed Lennox Lewis right afterward with a one punch KTFO of the Canadian Jamaican Lennox Lewis!!! Lewis only took the Rahman fight knowing Oleg Maskaev had destroyed Rahman right before the Sanders fight and that Sanders had Rahman hurt bad several times!!

Fury is the 2nd best, after Nicolai Valuev.

    (1) Dustin "the Worm" Nichols
    (2) Eric "the Butterbean" Esch
    (3) Nicolai "the Real Sasquatch" Valuev
    (4) Tyson "Gypsy Batman" Fury
    (5) Vitali Klit

If Wladimir was 3 years younger at the time he would have beaten Fury.

    So.. No.

He was close to 40 when he fought Briggs.

I agree that 40 years is a serious enough age for a boxer, but Briggs was also close to 40. And Corrie Sanders was 38 years old when he faced with Vitali, and yet Corrie is considered one of Vitali’s best scalps.

I wonder who Fury will fight next? he demolished the German dude. Surely he will have to fight someone better this time. apart from Puluv who is there? maybe Miller who I think could be a nightmare for Fury over 10 rounds.

Lewis was born in England and moved to Canada when he was 12 years old.

Fury would have landed more shots on Valuev than Haye did because of his reach, Haye moved far too much.
