    - Spinks beat the unbeaten Holmes.
The best win is more important than the neverending bum-beating.
These two Holmes wins are better than anything from Holmes
Seemingly every boxing fan can accept Holmes is an Atg by the logic SPINKS IS AN ATG HEAVYWEIGHT.

Your opinion can't change the fact The prime unbeaten Holyfield,
the prime Lewis destroyer McCall couldn't knock Holmes out.
And these fights were after the Tyson-(38 years old) Holmes.
The 42 years old Holmes beat the unbeaten Mercer.
And it was a better Mercer than the Lewis version fat man who used Lennox like a punchinbag.
    - Maybe the Holmes win wasn't great win for Tyson but the 4th round ko was remarkable. The question isn't about good wins.
You don't understand. We talk about the danger.

By your "logic" Lennox "Luigi" had zero skill.
Maybe you see better Lewis' "quality" and this is the reason why the featherfisted McCall and the Povetkin's chicken bum Rahman destroyed the glass-chinned prime "Lameox Luigi" so easily.
Honorable mention the Byrd victim Quitaly used the prime Lewis
    like a punchinbag.

Correct both massively over rated wins - Spinks fight proves little - other than he was a scared rabbit who offered absolutely nothing in the actual fight - it matters little how good he might've been over the course of his career or even on other nights if the night Tyson fought him he basically 5h1t himself and ran and then when down from the first proper punch Tyson hit him with to the body - no if Spinks had actually put up any semblance of a fight then but saying the Spinks fight proves anything is like saying Listons wins over Patterson mean much or Ali's "win" against Liston is a great name on your record - absolute bull.

Same with Holmes - Holmes for me is over rated anyway - in his prime - a knackered Norton took him to the wire - Norton on his best night beats Holmes without any huge trouble.
The Holmes that turned up for Tyson basically coming for the payday - he wasn't coming in with the mentality of winning he was just jealous that Tyson was super popular and brought excitement back something that Holmes never did - and he basically held for 3 rounds and then forced himself to do an Ali impression for half a minute which knackered him out after half a minute!? and then Tyson went after him like a bull in a china shop - basically there was nothing of the old Holmes there and I don't think there was enough there in his own prime to actually beat Tyson anyway?

Regards the bit about, Spinks beat an what everyone else already willingly accepts as an ATG Holmes so he must be an all time great, is way off centre - No that's just you're stupid logic - are we saying that arguably Norton beat Ali twice so he must be classed as greater all time than Ali?? Ridiculous
And haha youre impressed that the "destroyer" Oliver McCall couldn't knock Larry out hahahaha that is a joke - McCall truly was a bum!? A glorified journeyman a sparmate and you think that Holmes really proved his worth not getting knocked out by him?? Holmes should've beaten him!? Holmes should've been favourite going in!? McCall got dethroned by an ancient Bruno?? I'll give you Mercer that was a fight where one of those situation where the old guys for one last night puts on a really good showing and shows the kid up so you can have that one :good

Rahman didn't destroy Lewis easily??:huh Lewis got knackered after pretty much winning the rounds so far then got cornered coming off the ropes and Rahman threw without doubt the best punch of his career? It was a home run shot totally out of the blue just one of them things?

Ps Byrd didn't beat Vit - Vits corner pulled him out with an injury and Vit and Lewis used EACHOTHER as punchbags - they were both awful in that fight - an embarrassment to eachother

In the first rounds it's him or Lennox, Lennox's early KO's include Rudduck, Golota, Grant, Briggs, Rahman......plus he could have put Tyson away earlier if he went for it.

Tyson has the best 1 round and 2 round KOs list though.

McCall has a better resume than Dempsey though :yep

I was gunna say Lewis is one of the most dangerous when he has his head screwed on right :deal. He didn't have the fear factor thing that made people just fold against Tyson though - Lewis' fists had to do the talking - and when he made them do the talking he was lethal

I would say Tyson, yes. Followed by:

    Dempsey
    Foreman
    Louis
    Bowe
    Lewis
    Liston

Well his knockout ratio certainly doesn't seem to show that.
