Top 10 in heavy (certainly HTH) and I can't split him and Holy at cruiser (which would be heavyweight for most of boxing history of course).

But the fact that Usyk did it on the road could just give him the nod in my eyes.

Usyk has effectively pushed both Bowe and Fury out of the way and become #14 ATG...

    with a bullet.

Briedis was 213 against Charr. Based on that fight and the Perez fight, it's pretty clear that he could've been a top ten heavyweight. As for Usyk, he's filled out really well at heavyweight so he's it's not quite the same guy who showed up at cruiser.

Ooo that's a tough one honestly I wouldn't have him over Ellis, Quarry, Witherspoon, Young, Terrell, even though 2 of those fighters didn't win titles they have better quality wins plus there wasn't as many belts in that era.

Johansson has the best single win over Patterson but I think Joshua could possibly be above him.

I think Joshua could be ranked over Folley aswell.

I don't know enough about the rest honestly especially Bivins Heavyweight resume.

Usyks top end wins are great
2 vs Joshua, 2 vs Fury and even the win over Dubious is aging well

but with only 7 heavyweight fights and never really dominated his competition at heavyweight (I don't count Witherspoon and he didn't dominate Chisora) I have him towards the end of the top 10

He is like a Rocky Marciano type

No, he's not top 10. His best win is Daniel Dubois, and even that looks a lot better than it was, due to Dubois's steady and significant improvements after they fought.

It is very very difficult I agree. It's tempting to say that he should be outside this batch, but is he really a less accomplished contender than Pastor or Harold? At HW?

Wins over Fury were close fights. A lot of people thought Fury lost to debuting Ngannou in his 10 round 'tune up'. Can't see how what Usyk has done at heavyweight is enough to be considered an all-time great. Most of his few heavyweight wins have been 12 round decisions, some have been quite close. He didn't even score a knockdown against Joshua in 24 rounds. Beating young Dubois is the best heavyweight fight he ever did. He's only had 6 fights in the past 5 years, and 2 of those were rematches. 4 opponents, all British, in 5 years.. Chisora (and even Dubois) generally not ranked highly when Usyk faced them. Fury was coming off a shocking performance against Ngannou, and a heavily criticized 3rd with over Chisora a year before that. I don't see why Fury is so highly rated in 2024. It makes no sense. Fury's last good win was Wilder in 2021 or 2020, or Whyte in April 2022, and both those guys are no longer factors in the division, and it is questionable whether Fury really is. Throw the Ngannou fight on top of that, why on earth is Fury regarded as a great win for Usyk?

Right now the number '38' is jumping out at me. Behind Young and ahead of Terrell.

My Cruiser history is non existent. Aside from Holyfield Qawi, was there anything else worthwhile in that divisions history?

Yes watch Carl Thompson every fight he had was a FOTY candidate not the best fighter but arguably the most exciting ever in the Cruiserweight division.
