I'd say so, yes, based on the fact he faced arguably the best two heavyweights of the present era in Fury and Joshua and beat both twice whilst also holding a convincing win over the up and coming Dubois. Prior to Wilder's downfall I would have liked to see Usyk get a win over him too but he's since been exposed and I think that history will show the win over Dubois was the more impressive feat. Ideally, to have a a chance at cracking the prestigious list of top 10 heavyweight ATGs, I'd like to see him get a win over Parker, another win over Dubois and perhaps a third fight against whoever the man of the hour is at that time. All this said, is he an ATG heavyweight? Absolutely but his resume at heavyweight is still a little too thin to crack the top 10 at this time, at-least imo.
