Gassiev would look pretty badass with a couple of them strapped to his back. He could wear them for his ring walk over there, if he gets past Dorticos next week that is.

Yeah, Usyk's a great fighter and I'd like to see him fight more. He's one of the only fighters I literally will schedule my day to watch fight.

I like to watch Usyk fight, but USTV hates him and all Eastern European fighters.....................so we will probably never get to see him fight in America, but they showed the fight all over the world, even Canada, but only America boycotted it............

Think none of the top CW’s are making the devision great on their own. Take Usyk out, still plenty of talented fighters and those who are less talented make up for it with huge power and being unpredictable (Durodola, Prety Boy Dmitry etc)

It’s a very stacked division and it’s great as a whole.
Now imagine all or at least two of the semi-finalists moving up to HW, that’d make HW great again. Things are really **** if Charr gets to hold a belt, Wilder is allowed to do his bum squad thing and the best dude up there has holes in his game the size of a semi-truck but the rest are never-been’s and old folkes.

I've been nothing but impressed by him at this point. To be honest I rarely bother watching cruiserweight fights but Usyk to me is the most exciting cruiser since Haye and last night only re-confirmed that to me. He took the fight to the big punching Briedis and beat him at his own game, that takes balls.

Usyk is also an mean looking SOB, he has a truly evil smile. :yikes:

Povetkin is done now he’s off the old medicine, Parker will be losing that belt against AJ and I doubt we will ever see Fury fight again or at least a prime Fury. Gassiev is in tough against Dorticos and if he wins Usyk will score him.

Lol he seems very nice, like a playful dude. However he does look mean, whilst Usyk style is very technically sounds, he is not the most exciting cruiserweight, Dorticos and Gassiev style are more exciting for me and I think it will make for the better fight.

True he seems quite an affable person despite looking like he would cut you if you looked at him wrong, lol.

I like technical fighters so from my perspective he's fascinating to watch. Though last night he seemed to abandon some aspects of his technical boxing to give us a more exciting performance than usual.

Dorticos and Gassiev should be another cracker as you say, they both have entertaining styles which should mesh well.

I think the tournament is making the division great. One fighter doesn't make a great division.

The cruiserweight division is already great. It's only now starting to get the recognition it deserves with the WBSS tournament. I expect Gassiev vs Dorticos to be another barnburner, and whoever wins that will give Usyk serious problems.

Usyk is delivering in spades, for the first time since Holyfield. may as well change his name to 2slyck now.

The division is stacked. One of the most talented divisions in the entire sport and unlike most we got a tournament where they are all fighting each other. I would love to see after the tournament a few of these guys invade the heavyweight division which is floundering outside of Joshua fights now. Spark some life into it.

This. Always thought Breidis was highly overrated. I was actually surprised that Usyk didn't stop him.
