I agree, but Usyk isnt really a HW. Hes a former undisputed Crusierweight champ. Pound for pound is pointless at HW because there is no weight limit at HW. Edit. Come to think of it, since RJJ is technically a HW champion he would be the best HW p4p since Ali. But I hate calling RJJ a HW champ because Ruiz was a paper titleist. But technically speaking Roy is a HW champ.
I'd say he's a better boxer than many heavies but they'd still best him, if that makes sense. Also, to short career at heavy to place him fairly in some atg list. But I can say that it is nice that the best finally is fighting the best again, starting with Fury/AJ-Klitschko and now Fury-Wilder and Joshua-Usyk. I hope it continues even after all the rematches now are over. Usyk-Hrgovic or Wilder-Helenius just don't get me as excited as Usyk-Fury or Joshua-Wilder.
Alreqdy the greatest CW of all time. greatest talent wise HW? In the mix for top 3 with Ali and Lewis. However he needs to add more depth to record at HW to go ahead of them beating the best dicison twice is not enough, need clear (as AJ did prior to him) beat most of the top 10 guys.
