Ali in the 60s looked to have a 15% body fat like physique when he averaged 208-210. In the 70s he put on a lot more fat. Also Ali was 224 at the weigh in before the trillogy. I don't know why it says 220 and Ali was also taller than Beterbiev.

Frazier on the other hand isn't hindered by his fat and has destroyed guys the size of beterbiev with ease.
