He's good but I dont think he's world class. I think Valero gets him out of there in a pretty entertaining but short fight.
DeMarco is a legit titlist/contender at LW and more than likely the best guy Valero will have faced by the time this fight pops off. I don't see Valero continuing his Ko streak in this one. Whether he wins or loses is a different question.
DeMarco was a wild slugger that never composed himself....he would always say I am going to box more and pace myself and then proceed to slug it out. However, now he is mature, composed, and precise. He is tall for his weight and has good reach and is a converted southpaw. His fight with Adjaho was one of his best. He worked his way up from the bottom..Shaw brought him up never thinking that he would be more than a club fighter. However, he has proven himself to be a quality fighter and a humble one at that as well. He used to beg to fight on undercards. hmm says . . . DeMarco looks like fresh meat for Valero He does look a little wild... wonder how he'll handle Valero's power... Doesn't seem he has much weight in his punches... his reach will probably only keep Valero at bay for a while until he starts getting pressured with his punches and gives in... He lacks a solid D especially in wild punches from his opponents... hope the fight will be entertaining....
One thing to note is that DeMarco has the perfect sparring partner Marvin Quintero a hard hitting south paw
Demarco's going to outwork him and outbox him.....we'll see how his chin holds up the first time he gets caught, but my moneys on Demarco
Demarco fought my homie adjaho,i'm from geneva ny and adjaho is great friends with my brother,he comes over to our crib sometimes to watch boxing fights and we go out to a bar here called trottas.Adjaho trains with a fighter i train time to time who is a upcoming super middleweight and his name is nick brinson, his brother turned pro also their undefeated u can check on boxrec.com all from geneva ny.
Yes. Keep in mind my opinion on this matter is almost entirely ignorant, as I've never even seen Antonio DeMarco fight.
