Is Valuev past his peak?

    I personally think so.

    If he loses tonight it will likely be due to that.

    With dudes style, it's hard to tell.
    He fight's at a snail's pace, But using logic no doubt he has defo seen better day's.
    (Giant's usually breakdown long before the average)

    Pretty hard to identify a 'peak' with a guy like Valuev.

    I think he is definetely past his peak, but I don't think that its mainly due to his being past it, that Haye can defeat him. I'm not sure that even the Valuev who was fighting Donald, Ruiz, Barret or Chagaev could have taken Haye.

    well thats a stupid reason, if thats the case then valuev should've retired to begin with. when exactly was valuev's peak?? how does his performances from when he was younger differ from when he fought holyfield??

    Valuev actually had a peak where he was at a legitmate championship level? NOT! Just a fraud big heavyweight protected/built up by his promo team.

    dude's peak is like 7ft in the air, its hard to go past that
