Yea I totally agree. Don't get me wrong I always appreciate dialogue like this, I just hope it doesnt detract from fans ability to truly appreciate he and the other three guys I mentioned in my other post.

I don't think any fighter has completely unified the third division they've fought in in the 3 or 4 belt era yet (he and Inoue look to be racing to see who can do it first). That Loma could potentially accomplish that in just 16 fights is a heck of an achievement.

I say let's wait a few more fights to see what he adds to his ledger. Skillswise I think he's already there and his resume is nuts for how few fights he's got. He's already a HOF.

** From the "is Andy Ruiz ATG" thread **

I mean...looking at his entire boxing career holistically, pairing the amateur with the pros - suggesting that it might be attainable for him is hardly ridiculous. you have to bear in mind and keep in context that he spent probably half of his prime on putting the finishing touches on building a near-GOAT legacy in the amateurs, before crossing over. and since his debut, has accomplished more than 99.99% of boxers in barely over a dozen bouts.

It doesn't take a great leap of faith to extrapolate that he could've been a several division champion with like two dozen championship match victories if he turned pro a few years earlier than he did.

 whoops, thought i was responding in the Vasyl Lomachenko thread... ignore me..

Lomachenko is locked into the HOF already and is virtually a lock for ATG.

    G. Russell jr, Walters, Rigo, Linares, Roman Martinez, Pedraza and now Luke Cambell - That's some serious, serious scalps over a five year career.

Teofimo is happening. Berchelt is happening too i believe (Oscar will have him cash that check and has worked with TR before on the Linares fight)

Haney and Gervonta are never happening. Haymon and PBF will never ever allow this, unless as said before, Loma looks old as dirt and vulnerable. For some reason i just can't see Loma and his father getting caught in that trap. Once they feel they have nothing left to prove they will be gone.
