Quartey did beat him, so no. Also Alcine, Spinks, Ouma should probly be ramked above him. And probly Oscar tbh. I personally rank Spinks as the 154 pound champ.

 

Quartey beat him easily but they robbed Quartey and gave it to Forrest! Even at the end of the fight when Larry Merchant was interviewing him he was like "I'd like to thank god, my promoter, my family and blah blah blah" Then Larry Merchant says "Would you also like to thank the judges?" lmao that was great and true!

 

Alcine, Dzinizruk, Karmazin and Spinks would beat him.

Forrest is one of the elite at light middleweight. He could compete and perhaps beat anybody, although Spinks, Karmazin, Alcine, De La Hoya, and Dzinziruk are no pushovers and could very well beat Forrest.

 

Vernon robbed Ike.

I can think of at least 7 fighters who would beat him at 154.

He barely scrapes the top 10 in that division.
