Is Vic Darchinyan a top 100 ATG?

    Yup.

Right now, he doesn't deserve to make the HOF, and right now there is nothing on his horizon to suggest he will end up there. Mares and Agbeko have both already beaten him, and so has Donaire. Unless he rematches them all and beats them all, which I very much doubt he is capable of, he won't make the HOF.

So "Neither" is the correct choice. :good

And FYI, the very idea that Vic Darchinyan is ANYWHERE near top 100 ATG status just now is, as I said, ****ing insane. You clearly have no clue about boxing history.

Oh wow he loses so hes a bum. Only fighters who never have lost or avenged their losses only make the HoF. :patsch

You're a moron. Darchinyan's wins over bona fide top fighters are Mijares and a TD over Perez. These are clearly outweighed by three losses to top fighters, to Mares, Agbeko, and a KO loss to Donaire. Unless Darchinyan proves to have B-Hop like longevity, goes on a Monzon like title run of extreme domination, or rematches and beats those that beat him, of course he won't make it in. And he will achieve none of these things. Wait and see who is right, turd. :smoke

if anyone says he is not a hof, then they r a hater and a goose and have no idea about boxing.

with all the modern fighters doing their best to avoid as many dangerous opponents, vic's mantra is to simply fight the best possible and fight whoever has the belt. if u r not a fan of that then go watch a different sport.

Fighting anyone who is offered to you is not what gets you in the HOF. Excellence does. Darchinyan's lack of consistency in big fights means he patently has not achieved all-time excellence. You don't have a clue.

I'd agree about him not being near the top 100 ATG. But he is clearly HOF material.

It may be that your expectations of what is HOF material doesn't match the reality. A lot of people think that the standards of who is let into the Hall are way too low and should be higher.

But they are what they are, and Vic meets those standards.

    u have zero credibility.

    u r simply a NARC.

u r obviously a miserable person who just refuses to give due credit to a great fighter.

Nah, I just have standards. Micky Ward fought anyone and everyone. Freddie Pendleton did it to an even greater degree. It doesn't mean either of them achieved the kind of excellence that will endure for all-time in the HOF.

You should take up tennis or something, turd.

You need to watch and study the sport more than what you see on just showtime and HBO son. He has string of solid wins and judging from your avatar im guessing a Thailand fan the same cannot be said about WOnjongkam's padded record of just debut fighters and guys with less than 5 fights.

and LOL @ questioning Darchinyan's longetivity. Hes been fighting at the elite level for almost a decade now.

Holding only 2 wins over top fighters, one of them a TD?

Losing more fights against top fighters than winning?

A 2-weight world champ who has made a few defences against lower-weight mediocrities?

You guys need to get out of the mindset that a few decent wins means you are Hall Of Fame material. If Darchinyan has already done enough, who the **** hasn't??? We're going to have a boxing Hall Of Fame that could potentially include any world champion with a few defences.

I never said they did, it was an analogy.

Darchinyan has been KO'd by Donaire, and lost to Mares and Agbeko.

He beat Mijares and won a TD over Perez.

He is a 2-weight champion and has made a few defences.

And that is HOF material? **** that.

Grow up you stupid little *****.

Why would I hate Darchinyan? I have no connection to him whatsoever.

Darchinyan-Mijares is actually one of my favourite performances of the 2000s, I think Vic has tremendous ability...

...but that does not mean he has HOF credentials. Quite simply, he doesn't.
