Yeah mate actually shown on PPV here in oz...Both the Brisbane and Sydney shows done well from what i know..I went to the Sydney event.

Just wish Ken Shamrock would retire..****ing bloke is still in shape but damn he cant take a shot for **** and only staunch MMA followers such as myself know how good he really was many moons ago.Its not good watching a legend just continuely lose in the first round brutally.

Mate i attended the Sydney Event(im from west Sydney) and i can tell u i had goosebumps the whole time.Unlike the U.S events the 17 thousand seat arena was full 30minutes before the first bloody fight. Its was crazy.

Obviously you have your meathead no nothing fans who yell out **** or think grappling is gay,but all in all our aussie fans are fairly well educated when it comes to MMA..

One thing about Aussies is we are absolutely nuts about sports. And being a country which was colonised purely by convicts it aint hard to see why todays people love seeing 2 dudes try punch, kick or even tear limbs off one another..

Mark my words within 5-10years(being realistic) you will see a massive invasion of quality Ozzie fighters. Not just the occassional few.

I met Ryan Bader after his ko win over Jardin and hes one cool dude. Real down to earth..He said to me he wish he could fight here everytime as he got so much love from the fans he thought he was ****ing chuck lidell.

Oh, dude, I ****in' believe it. That crowd was so nuts I wouldn't want to fight anywhere else! If I could have a professional career of just fighting in Australia with crowds like that? No brainer. Insta-call.

And I've been on the George Sotriopolus wagon since I saw him on Team Serra. That guy is, for sure, going to be a top contender one day. He might lose his next fight or the one after, but damn that guy is good!

I think the ONLY time I've ever heard a crowd louder then in Australia was the 4 minutes when GSP was coming to the cage in Montreal. But only during that time. Otherwise, Australia takes the cake. So, either fight in Australia or be GSP in Canada. :yep
