Yes, but his psychosis wasn't written all over his face like Vic's is. If you didn't KNOW Ike was a ****ing lunatic you wouldn't look twice at him except for size. If I saw Vic in a casino I would immediately think about what a crazy ass, mean looking little ****er he is.

Vic is crazy....he has become more refined since the Donaire fight, his windmilling is less telegraphed now, he waits for his opportunities rather than just thinking he can destroy everyone without trying.

But I would say Pryor looked the most intense before a fight. He would just come at you from all angles and not stopm, whilst slipping coutners and taking any landed punches with no effect.

 

Vic is a killer and even though he is intimidating, it would be hard to keep a straight face fighting him, especially with his unique movement and stance haha. You can go to the ER with a smile on your face.

 

Agreed. Mayorga is a caricature. All his crazy bravado seems scripted and for show. The guy is tough no doubt but its over the top and it makes it seem staged. Giving Tito free shots at his chin, what a fukn' douche. His legs buckled and the fight essentially ended at that point, he didn't recover.

The guy is tough as Hell. Let's not forget that the Tito fight was at MW. At WW Mayorga's chin is near impenetrable (in his prime anyways)

Sure, he is a showman, but he is also a badass. He knows he is instigating his opponents and has built his career off being cocky and brash.

You think he would've got shots at Forrest/DLH/Tito/Mosley off the back of his boxing ability??? Clearly not. He is smarter than he looks.


Vic is similar. No doubt he is a badass, but do you think he really sparred with a girl for Arce? No, it's all part of the act, to get more interest in the fight and to antagonise his opponent.

 

No doubt in my mind if Vic wasnt a fighter and lived in the Middle East he would be running into a mall in Israel with a grenande in his pants.
