In my opinion, no. He isn't good enough to be. His best win, by far, is eeking by Berto. His second best would be Nate Campbell. Against better fighters he gets stopped. He should never fight again IMO, but his "celebrity" status helps to sell tickets.

ok, that is a legit scorecard to me. I personally felt that, aside from round 3 and 10, Ortiz did very little and Lamont landed cleaner shots. Ortiz actually appeared to run for a lot of the fight. Lamont was the ring general most of the night. A draw was a fair result to me.
