    Maybe not ruined physically but he placed into himself a seed of doubt. That seed will come out anytime he faces adversity in the ring.

    Who knows what would have happened if his corner hadn't given up first and basically said he needed to quit. The problem isn't so much his quitting right after that verbal beatdown by his corner but by his interview. His words are recorded for him and all the world to see: he won't go out on his shield. Even if it was said during an emotional time, it's something he won't be able to escape. It's very possible he won't be able to get that out of his head.

    I can't believe the things he said. It's obvious from his comments that he has never been in a "fight". This guy was way to accustomed to banging out his competition with little to no resistance. He got in the ring with a guy that didn't want to quit and he quit instead. He needs to seriously consider if he really wants to do this. If he does, then be better learn to box and to defend himself better.
