Depends what kind of contract is drawn up.

The last contract clearly stipulated that Haye was not allowed to throw punches. In fact, if you rewatch it you will see Wlad clearly say 'now' just before Haye dives to the floor and sucks his ****.

Yes, that´s true. In fact they were using Hayes contract forms (a.k.a the Audley -deal). They just made a mistake and signed Wlads name to the dotted line where Hayes signature used to be.
