It not that his power is overrated. The point is due to his unusual style his punching technique isn't as sharp and effective as Wlad's who is more capable of one punch knockouts thanks to a textbook punching technique. Vitali sufferes a bit from the Sam Peter syndrom, though on a much smaller degree, the raw power is there but he has difficulties to deliver it to the maximum effect. He is more of an accumulation puncher since he is very accurate with his shots.
