I think both are easily top 20 atm.

Wlad can easily break the top 10 if he can maintain his current form to around 15 consecutive title defenses. That would be the third longest reign after Louis and Holmes in what could be one of the most dominant reigns of any champion ever.

Can't imagine Vitali going too much longer but if Vitali gets through Solis then maybe Adamek or someone like that...adds another defense or two then top 10-15 can be argued.

Skillwise definitely, but not by his record. He hasn't beaten enough great fighters.

Ali is too small. I don't think Ali could win. Look at Vitali's KO percentage, combined with his reach and size. Ali just wouldn't be big enough or powerful enough to hurt Vitali.

Sure early on in the fight it would be even but as soon as Vitali lands clean Ali would probably be hurt, stunned, or knocked out. I don't think Ali would be the one to beat Vitali. I think a prime Mike Tyson or a prime Evander Holyfield would beat Vitali.

ATG seems a little high but in head-to-head match ups I think Vitali is right up there. Just his resume's a bit weak especially because of the lay off.

Vitali had worked on a right hook and it payed off. He landed it on Solis' temple and Solis went down. Leg injury came from the knock down. Slow motion shows it, also pause DVR!!!!!!! A plain and simple knockout!!!!!!!

He noticed that Solis kept his hands in from of his head, almost like a peek-a-boo at times, a right hook was perfect to go around the glove! Plain and simple knockout. When a punch lands on the temple you lose your equilibrium, legs turn to rubber!
