Based on head to head, resume, or a combo of both? I ask because saying a guy whose career defining wins are over a 38 year old Corrie Sanders and obese slobs in Sam Peter and Chris Arreola is a top 15 HW is seriously strange.
Exactly. Even Ibeabuchi has better wins against top notch opponents than Vitali, but if you call him anything other than a better than average contender you get shot at by some people.
i make my choice because of h2h. his resume is way too weak to be even regarded top 50 all time heavy weight but he is a great fighter with great skills
He also accomplished that in 20 fights without winning a title. Vitali hasn't beaten one top notch opponent yet and he is in the twilight in his career. He can fight Haye but I don't think he'd win; if he did then that would be his best win. He won't fight Wlad so let's not even get into that.
