I'm glad you said "only the WBO champ" that makes things a lilttle clearer :yep

First to stop Samuel Peter - big ****ing deal, he'll most likely be the first to stop Kevin Johnson too....about as impressive as Hartley being the first man to stop Zelenoff :rasta

Same goes for the KO percentage, just bums, bums and more bums.

Winning the event against Lewis, and managing to get a license to fight professionally after testing positive for roids.

After that, the win over Peter  Then taking longer than Sanil Sam to beat Danny Williams

Edit - I forgot Audley Harrison beat Danny Williams easier than VITLAY did too.

The Samuel Peter beating is a personal favorite, KOing Herbie Hide in 2 rounds for the WBO, KOing Sanders for the WBC, KOing Kirk Johnson so easily..................I don't know. With Vitali it's not so much the opponents as much as how he beat them.

Obviously you don't believe Vitali Klitschko is ranked along side Tommy Morrison in achievements or head to head, even you can't be that foolish.

So we have to rank fighters on footage, we can't go by their reports and their respective records and greatness within their own eras? That's laughable. Honestly, what respectable and knowledgable person would rank Vitali ahead of James Jeffries?

What many others? Tunney beat Dempsey twice, a fighter that's a top 10 HW champion on my people's list. He also proved himself in the division before the fights, and beat many fighters in the lower weights. Bowe beat Holyfield twice. WTF has Vitali ever done that's anywhere near as comparable except "Winning an event" against Lennox Lewis. Schemling beat Joe Louis, Max Baer, and Jack Sharkey. Charles beat Walcott 3 times, Joe Louis, cleaned out the division late 40's early 50's with wins over Elmer Ray, Bivins, Maxim, and Layne. Also was arguably the GOAT LHW if you account that beating Moore every time they fought.

Baer could be the toughest to justify but he beat Carnera and Schemling. Again, more noteworthy than really anything Vitali did. Sounds to me you're upset that there can clearly be 25-30 fighters ranked ahead of VK. Deal with it.

    Yes, I don't have a 1926 cutoff point.

How can you have Tyson ranked above Holyfield when Evander beat him twice :rofl

Let's say I even agreed with some of those questionable choices, still means Vitali is a top 25-30 Heavyweight doesn't it?

    I rest my case. :D

    :huh

For the same reason I would have Ali ranked above Norton had Norton beaten Ali twice and rank Pep above Saddler...dominance, skillset, length of reign, intangibles, resume etc. etc. I think you may be a bit confused about what ATG means?

What, you rest your case for Vitali being a top 25 HW of all time based upon his not being a top 25 HW of all time? :huh

Ruskull, you shouldn't laugh at a poster 20 times more knowledgeable and intelligent than you. Tyson reigned like a beast in the 80's and became the youngest champ around. He cleaned the division and was much more consistent than Holyfield in their respective primes. It's not always about who beats who, neccessarily. I have Tyson ranked above Holyfield too - also Lewis. I also have Holyfield ahead of Bowe, but by your logic that can't be justifiable.

What case? You said he ranked 20-25, now he's 25-30. I'll agree he's 25-30 but I can name 25 champs that can be ranked ahead of him.
