Vitali pulling out of the Byrd fight was a smart thing to do, Rotator cuff injuries are a serious threat to a fighters future. Someone mentioned Ali fighting with a broken jaw you could throw Aurthur Abraham and a number of others in there but you don't throw punches with your jaw and it doesn't pose a risk to your fighting future.

does it hurt? of course and to do what they did takes great courage and pain tolerance...what vitali did was for his future career. after that fight he went on to accomplish so much more.

would I like to have seen him fight through the last few rounds with one arm and try to squeak out a decision? sure but his critics would have blasted him for coasting and there's a real possibility that he could have ruined his future prospects. I'm ok with him pulling out because he's proved more than once that he can battle, then gave Lennox all he could handle till his face fell off.

I'm fine with it too, but I don't think you can then say he only lost two rounds in that fight. He lost the whole fight which presumably includes the rounds which we're fought because he was medically unfit to continue.

I don't lend much credance to the "he only lost 2 rounds" argument...boxing is so subjective especially the first round of a lot of his fights I mean if it starts slow it could go either way.

If you want to make an argument that by round 4 ( No contest to Cards split) that he was winning all his fights you could probably find enough evidence to back that up but suffice to say his skill and size kept him from falling behind.

Vitali never officially lost more than 2 rounds against all the cab drivers he has fought. But we all know he got outboxed by Chris Byrd and Vitali wanted no part of that rematch.

Who knows what would have happened if Vitali had fought Ruslan Chagaev, Eddie Chambers, David Haye, Alexander Povetkin, or any other fighter with BOXING SKILLS? But that's what Wlad was for!

I am no expert, but I have common sense, and know Vitali truly lost 2 fights..

If you bothered to look at the official scorecards you would know that Vitali only lost 2 rounds

The only thing that matters is the result....L-TKO6. This will always be the result no matter how loud the squealing continues to be. LMAO..."But he only lost 2 rounds on the scorecards mommy". Perhaps you can lobby to have the results changed to MV..."Moral Victory"...The babies squealing about this fight continues to bring laughs to so many. Bremen, and a few others need a baby pacifier, to help out with their crying.

The judges who scored those two rounds for Lewis later admitted there hatred for Eastern European fighters. It's all part of this vast right wing conspiracy, that I will soon provide links for.BUSTED!!

Haters seems to have hard time coming to terms with the fact that Vitali Klitschko is the only boxing champion who has never lost more than 2 rounds

And you seem to find it impossible to come to terms with the fact that Vitali lost two fights. And last time I checked fights are considered more important than rounds.
