Is Vitali's destruction of Hide better than his brothers points win over Haye?

I would have to say it is. When all is said and done Herbie was just a far more dangerous opponent than Haye ever was and also was an actual KO machine something that Haye likes to claim to be. Hide always believed he could KO anybody so always came to fight. You never saw him go into survival mode from the first bell until the last.

Needless to say Hide also has the better cv too.

    Vitali KO'ing Hide, no doubt

when you compare Hide's and Haye's record at HW, then Hide's got the better CV

Haye was a good CW, but at HW he didn't achieve as much as Hide, Wlad UD'ing him wasn't spectacular, both wanted to finish the fight and neither had the will to KO the other

Vitali, on the other hand, went in and raped Hide in 2 rounds

I'd also say his win over Juan Carlos Gomez is better than a Haye win and very underrated. Gomez was a better CW, taller, was a bigger HW, far more fundamentallly sound and complete fighter and a southpaw.

Haye is the better head overall, but the way in which Vitali destroyed him is far more impressive a fight than watching Wlad chase Haye for 36 minutes.:-(

Only problem with Gomez was that he was lazy, unpredicable in training (wouldn't show up, go out party randomly) etc.

He was very talented and skilled. Maybe more so than Haye, but Haye easily beats him in the training, discipline and nutrition department which goes a long way IMO.

Hide took a dive while Haye didn't quit at least so Wlads fight was the more credible

I genuinely believe that if Hide had fought at cruiser from the start he would have been the GOAT in that division.

This is a guy who used to routinely KO all his HW opponents while weighing under 220, so god knows what he would have done at cruiser, shame he dropped down so late.

Hide was on a roll and I had many people saying that here is the next Tyson. Hide super fast for a HW and much stronger than Haye.
