    ever seen him fight he has a record of 30-0-0 with 20ko and is the WBA World welterweight title

    Don't think so. I'm afraid he boxes nobodies in Ukraine. There were videos of his first defence against a 30-7 or so japanese guy.

    He's ok. Decent fundementals but he hasn't got the power or skills to beat any of the other belt holders execpt maybe Hlatshwyo.

    never saw him but he sounds like the quintessential euro-bum with the padded record, until otherwise proven

    Yes, he's pretty decent. He's a very long southpaw with decent quickness who fights tall. Would he beat the top guys at welterweight? No, but if he starts facing decent opposition, I'd probably favor him to beat Collazo, and he would beat most of the guys in the next tier (Delvin Rodriguez, Isaac Hlatswayo, Rafal Jackiewicz, Selcuk Aydin, etc.)
