Warddke ducked Bute, that was disgracefull. Why should Kovalev fight Hopkins, so he'll have 2 deaths on his hands? Kovalev better stay away from old people and glass jaws, i don't think he'll box again if he kills another guy.

Dunno if that's true, but Ward will duck Kovalev because he doesn't want to get killed

Why is Ward always on your lips?

i'm a fan actually, but i prefer to bash his career, maybe the guy reads this boards and man up rather than kiss his ass like all those fanboys around here who justify every duck he's made and every **** fight he took.

After a phenominal Super 6, Wards been extremely disappointing

It's one thing for a b itch like Dirrell to waste his career away, but another thing entirely for an ultra talented dude like Ward

If your referring to Bika and Green, how could that have been avoided.
Green was a super 6 replacement as well as Bika (which wasn't an easy
fight). The Dawson fight in hindsight was an easy fight, but most
didn't see it that way going in. His activity is not good (injury can
be forgiven) but There's not a lot that are stepping up to him
    either.

Im completely fine with Ward staying at 168 and being King of the division hes supposed to be at for the moment. Todays fans always want fighters to move up and don't appreciate just being king of one division.

However, theres not much left for Ward at 68. If he stays there he will have to accept that theres going to be a lull in his career until some new challengers arrive to his throne.

Which is why he called Hopkins out after knocking out White, right?

"Bernard come to fight? Are you ready, because I'm ready."

Ward would still school this guy, 168 or 175, easy win

Ward would not school this guy the nuthugging of Andre Son Of Hit hold and Headbut Ward continues. Yes the guy has A class skills I am not denying he is a good fighter but Froch is the best challenger he has fought. He is not even top 10 all time SMW Kovalev would walk through his punches and take him down. Ward likes to use his strength to push people back and nulify on the inside. Kovalev will hit him with short choppy punches KO inside 6.

Froch has best chance of current SMW because his chin will hold up better 50/50 styles make fights and Kovalev is all wrong for Ward.

Ward also will never take that fight unless he weight drained him he will spend his whole career fighting safe fights at home for peanuts.

    Undefeated, none.

    World champions -

Froch, Kessler, Abraham & Dawson and maybe dropped a handful of rounds for the whole set.

I don't like Ward at all, he bores me, but he can't be discredited for opposition or dominance. He can be discredited for only fighting in Oakland and having zero personality in and out of the ring, but that has nothing to do with the caliber of fighter that he is.

Kovalev - Ward is very intriguing and likely the big fight for Ward in the future.

    Boxing fans are dumb.

I would love to see it happen, like others I have no love for Ward. I would have to see Kovalev take down some better opposition before picking him over Ward, we saw how easily Ward dealt with Kessler and I see stylistic similarities between the two.

Kessler is a good fighter and crushes 2nd tier opposition similar, but not as impressive as Kovalev.

I hope that Kovalev is the goods because a future where Ward never loses is a sucky one for boxing.
