He won a gold medal at light heavyweight, yet is scared to move up to light heavyweight. Why did he have to weight drain Dawson? I think he knows deep down his chin is questionable. I mean why else would he have headbutted Kessler to death? Was he scared of getting KO'd?

Will he ever emulate Calzaghe and become The Ring Champion at super middleweight and light heavyweight?

He is on his way up there... Soon.
    Scared of Who & What???

Ward already beat the man who runs 175.

The question of the day is, why didn't Ward fight the man who runs 175 at 175? Instead he weight drained him like a coward. If he was so great then surely he could have beat him at his own weight. Its obvious he walks around at 175+

He has nothing to be afraid of at LHW IMO plus he seemed to have a good chin against Froch & Kessler.

Ward has categorically stated that he will eventually move up to lhw. I do believe he wanted to defend his title at smw a time or two though.

    Nothing wrong with that!

That is something you have to ask Ward & his team.
But that fight showed me regardless of weightclass Andre prob beats Dawson @whatever weightclass they fight.
    (Including 175)

Ward is the best at super middleweight. He doesn't want to fight Froch or Kessler, so why not move up now? Seems a bit strange he is calling shot bums like Pavlik out?

Andre Ward was never a LHW. In olympic boxing, they have the old weight classes, so there is no SMW division. If you are a SMW, then you have to fight in the LHW division because you're too big for MW.

Was he not fighting light heavyweights? Looks like he is ducking something to me. Does he think Calzaghe's prodigy Cleverly would take him out? Who knows, but I think he knows this matchup is going to happen as some point in the future.

Not a fanboy just stating facts. Lets see Ward defend the World title for 10 years and retire undefeated. :good When Cleverly gets his hands on him hes leaving the ring in a stretcher. Not one fighter had the work rate like Cleverly, Ward will get caught sooner or later.

Ward beats most, if not all the current top guys at LHW, he's already cleaned up the MSW division
