The potential for a brutal KO is what is interesting. Actually watching it is kind of sick IMO.

I think the key is that people do not like seeing someone get long term injuries. As long as the figher gets up quickly after the fight then I am happy to see them get brutally knocked down.

My findings are that you often get the best KOs in the undercard fights. I remember a good one on a Hatton undercard - I think it was the Oliveria card. Seem to remember this lad stayed down for quite a while though so it could have been serious.

Nothing wrong with KO's but I hate when most fans appreciate the KO more so than the boxing.

Seeing Enzo Maccarinelli staggering around the ring whilst the referee was counting was classic TV - just to see the look on Frank Warren's face as he had to shake David Haye's hand was unforgettable, and bliss for most British boxing fans, and also Enzo Calzaghe after his remarks in the lead up to the fight.

    Quality.

I like to watch a good one/two punch KO; sustained beatings not really my scene.

    Cintron-Matthyse was a brilliant KO.

Well I guess I'm just a slightly sick mother****er, then. Uh Oh. Thank god for boxing or I'd probably be a serial killer.

For me there is a certain amount of guilt, for example i cannot bring myself to watch Benn vs McClelland again yet my favourite fight's of all time are Ward/Gatti Castillo/Corales and Hagler/Hearns and so long as nobody get's hurt or get's killed i love a good brutal Knockout, It's Human nature we have an animalistic side it's Primeval ****, something that has alway's been with us and allways will.

Watching on TV doesn't bother me. But seeing someone KO'd close up is not particularly pleasant.

I don't know man, there was one point last week when I saw the look on Archak TerMeliksetian's face, I felt a little sick. I could see he was out cold, yet still trying to walk...his body just kind of twitched.....

    It was effing awesome!
