Although inactive, former "top 10 AJ opponent" Breazeale was at the upper end of his usual weight and lost 10-2 by consensus in his backyard and never had Wallin hurt or in serious trouble at any point. Even though Fury was off his game, Wallin gave him one of his three toughest career fights as an experienced pro, won several rounds and went the distance. Chisora by contrast got soundly beaten by a green Fury who wasn't even 23 and couldn't lay a glove on a more mature Fury in the rematch. Two years later Chisora should have got a draw against Whyte according to eyeonthering's consensus, who has been banjoed by AJ and a shot B-side Povetkin in Britain.

And the cherry on top is that Whyte blatantly ducked Wallin with a fake shoulder injury as he regarded fighting the 6'5 southpaw as too big a risk, even though Whyte had A-side and home advantage. So the jury is firmly out whether Whyte is better than Wallin but we'll have a better idea in 2 months.

3rd for me. It is a good fight but Dillian has struggled more commonly at much lower levels than this, I fancy fury to stop him

    Just ignore him.

Safin is a dumbass who's arguments I've destroyed twice. He claims Whytes green even though Joshua was too, claim Povetkin had been old and dropped by price to discredit Joshua even though Povetkin KO'd Whyte and Whyte has a better record than Wilder. claims Povetkin had never been champion even though as we see with Charles Martin, champion doesn't mean too much without the right context and praises Wilder for beating Ortiz but Ortiz just went life and death with bum Charles Martin and got dropped not once, twice !!!

He is one of the most abysmal posters on the forum, has been banned countless times and always coming back even more of a childish bafoon. He has no life and it's sad

Yeah fair enough, but then Wallin should be number 1 above Wilder and Klitschko... Actually your ranking would have McDermott at #1

Fury having a bad day at the office against a well schooled tall southpaw with length doesn't elevate the opponent to becoming a top 5 heavyweight.

You also have to remember that Fury was not with Sugar hill at the time. Fury's dad was really not happy that Davison was still try to get Fury to cut so much weight. I think the quote was "weak as a kitten"

Wallin did well, but Fury's team obviously thought wallin was a soft touch, and it was compounded by the fact he came in at under 255lbs. He weighed 263lbs the previous fight against Schwartz and 273lbs in the next fight when he looked fantastic in Wilder 2.

    @NEETzschean, see above

Best. Only Wlad had anywhere near that kind of heart and punch, and he was quite obviously past it.

And Martin Rogan was once actually a ranked contender, so should come before Seferi. His top ten scalps would be...

    Kiltschko
    WilderX2
    Cunningham
    ChisoraX2
    Wallin
    Johnson
    Hammer
    Pianeta
    Rogan
    Seferi, Schwartz, McDermott,Madalone,Page,Pajkick,Abell,whatever

Wilder had far more power than Fury and showed tons of heart taking that beating while gassed v Fury.

Cunningham was too small to beat Whyte.

The fact that this is even a debate, shows you all how pathetic Fury's resume is. But his fans will somehow make Wallin out to be a monster. Even though Wallin just struggled with a guy who was 11-24-2
