No. He needs to wait until the dent in his head grows out and his head grows back to its usual shape.
If he does, he will probably get knocked out again. Fighting cans for years doesn't prepare you to take on the top tier fighters, which is exactly why the first time Wilder fought a live body that wasn't years past their prime, he was totally exposed.
