This is about PBC and the WBC keeping a belt in the states no matter the cost , we see this countless times in history . Remember the American Boxing establishment have a belief that the HW should be American . Lewis (even tho a US based boxer) and the Klitschkos have had the belts for the better part of 20 years and remember what was said when DW won the WBC "We now have an American Champion" , remember the statements made during Lewis Grant , "The HW Champion will rightfully be an American" think about the controversies too , Lewis Holyfield shock draw , Fury Wilder shock draw . If the US has no HW world champion then where does that leave the US promoters and industry to them ?. Wilder is not the biggest disgrace in boxing , they would do this if Breazeale wins or any other American boxer . This is not about boxing or winning to the WBC or PBC it's about not losing anymore . They don't believe in World Boxing , they believe in USA VS THE WORLD boxing !!!
What? Joshua got his first belt from a PBC fighter. Didn't he? Joshua certainly didn't win it from another Matchroom fighter. Because other Matchroom figthters don't get heavyweight title shots.
CURRENTLY Joshua is the #1 ranked fighter by your beloved Ring, so I guess CURRENTLY they rate him higher than Wilder, CURRENTLY.
And there we have it. Dribblechin owned himself yet again. His cherry picked argument has totally backfired.
Did you actually read what I stated or did you just make something else up ? . Yes AJ won the IBF off a PBC boxer , again this is about keeping 1 at least in the states and not losing anymore . Remember Martin , Wilder and Fury were the rated guys at the time , AJ was considered a prospect and someone to watch out for at the time . Martin wanted some credible opponents on his resume at the time and prove he is the champion , AJ obliterated him in 2 rounds and took the IBF then what happened ???? Molina and Breazeale were next AJ demolished both of them (PBC fighters) then what ? Klitschko (PBC fighter) was a 50/50 fight and AJ won that one in probably the best HW fight in 20 years . Now all that's left is the WBC , AJ is now on American soil and look how things are , oh wait that's right when Ortiz was named he ran , same as what you did Dubblechin , when the Ortiz debacle happened you mysteriously went AWOL and then started claiming you never knew anything .
As I posted in another thread, Wilder has successfully defended his titles against fighters from England, France, Cuba, Poland and Haiti ... so your UK vs USA arguments (that got you kicked off here a year ago) seem to spilling out again. Get off your nationalistic rants. The only guy getting heavyweights title fights is Al Haymon. My point is, Whyte should sign with Al Haymon and the PBC. Because Eddie Hearn has basically ZERO track record in getting Matchroom heavyweights title shots (Who aren't named Joshua), whereas Haymon gets PBC heavyweights title fights for all the belts, regardless of who has them.
Other than Whyte no other Matchroom HW is ranked top 10 you idiot . They are all either prospects or works in progress . Wilder fought since winning the WBC 5 American boxers , 1 french , 1 polish and 1 Canadian and 1 British traveler . Ortiz is no longer Cuban he is American , Stiverne was born in Haiti he has lived in Canada , Lewis was born in Jamaica fought under Canada in the Olympics and considers himself British , no one calls Lewis Jamaican do they . Proving my point again Hearn lets PBC boxers fight the Champion Joshua multiple times more than any other . PBC never let anyone else near Wilder especially Matchroom fights . It's not some nationalist rant it's a quantifiable proven fact . Hell Hearn was willing to let Ortiz fight and guess what Ruiz is PBC and fighting AJ for the titles . So look at it Dubblechin PBC fighters fighting the Matchroom Champion , yet no Matchroom fighters fighting the PBC Champion . Soon the Matchroom fighters being Whyte only atm eligible will fight AJ soon under the WBO rankings and mandatorys while Wilder fights Ortiz again and Kownacki hmmmm .
Whyte has been a top 10 ranked heavyweight the whole time he's been with Matchroom. How many YEARS does he have to ask Eddie Hearn for a title shot at Matchroom's heavyweight champion before he gets one? When you fight for Eddie Hearn it's fight Robert Helenius. Fight Dereck Chisora. Fight Lucas Browne. Fight Joseph Parker. Fight Dereck Chisora AGAIN. Fight Oscar Rivas. Then MAYBE you MIGHT get your FIRST title shot. Michael Hunter was NAMED The FRONTRUNNER to fight Joshua on June 1 by Eddie Hearn. How the hell does a PBC heavyweight get the shot ahead of Hunter? What happened? Doesn't Hunter have the same promoter as Joshua? Maybe he and Whyte SHOULDN'T have the same promoter as Joshua.
What are you talking about? I said a THOUSAND TIMES that week that Ortiz should fight Joshua. Repeatedly. Over and over. To one dolt like you after another. Even in threads where guys said Ortiz had leverage, I said Ortiz DID NOT have leverage. And Ortiz should take what they offer. And I didn't go AWOL (LOL). I said I wanted Joshua to fight Usyk. I said I wanted Joshua to fight Ortiz. I said Andy Ruiz sucked. He signed to fight Ruiz. What am I supposed to do after that ... argue some more? It's done.
