Depends. If he can stay dominant for the next 10 years and keep knocking people out, who knows? He might break into the top 35. A long shot but anything is possible right?
All-time, top 30 easily and it's hard to argue otherwise. It's also hard to argue that he's top 10 all-time though.
Probably not yet. A few more great defenses similar to Mormeck, Austin and he might be considered 30 or maybe even 29. He just has to beat the best of the HW division, the likes of Wach, Malik, Banks and he should be alright. The fact that he is ducking Pov, Haye, Peter rematch, Arreola doesnt help him though. All in all, in the words of ESB's finest Jack, he is an average fighter beating on the bad comp.
