--------- He's almost 36 years old and had 60 fights over 15 years of professional career. Most fighters are past their prime after that time, including Holyfield, Lewis, Ali, Jones, De la Hoya, etc. Considering the amount of time and his injuries (several in the last 3 or 4 years), I think Wlad is currently past his prime. I mean not at his best, although still in great shape. Wlad's peak, imo, was between early 2006 and early 2010.
You are splitting hairs for dramatic effect. How can you guage his prime and state he's past it, when he still steemrolls everyone he faces? Ridiculous. No offense.
I think he is still in his prime. Still shows great speed, great accuracy, light on his feet, especially for such a big guy, in great shape, and no grey hairs yet. On the face he looks younger then I do, and I'm only 25... Not that the last two gauge your prime or not, but I think he is not showing signs of slowing down. Still shows good speed and reflexes. Wladimir is a great boxer.
Wlad is just that much better than everyone else. Same with Vitali. Theyre both past their best, but their best is just soooooo much better than everyone elses, they can keep going on dominating unless they are far past it.:deal
