35 years old, Wlad soon enters the ring for pro fight number sixty. It can be argued he is still peak. He recently fought prime and very talented athlet Haye, and was able to compete in terms of speed and reflexes.

After such a long career a fighter is normaly a walking examination object for medical students. Is Wlad the only cham to prevail with such dignaty, or have there been others?

It took JCC snr about 80 fights before he started to decline... and in the ye olde days champs went sometimes 80 or more even before reaching their peak.

In Modern Era perhaps, but some older fighters fought hundreds of times without declining.

I am a bit sceptical about that. When there are no reliable sources fighters from the past tends to be pumped up.

I declined after 9 amatuer fights, broken hands are not fun.

It's hard to judge Wlads decline etc, when he has every phyiscal advantage against whoever, even if he's lost speed, he has that super long reach to compensate for it. If his punch resistence is going, it doesn't matter, nobody is capable of getting near him.

I'm of the belief that Wladimir has declined a little bit speed-wise since his younger days. Obviously he'd still wreck every single heavyweight out there with ease, aside from his older brother of course.
