It's an odd situation. Yes, Wlad does have the majority of the shiny belts but for me it doesn't mean he's the best at HW. I'm still going for Vitali until someone beats him convincingly- the only reason he's not recognised as the lineal champ is because he won't fight his brother. Wlad does kop a lot of stick for his style but he is very effective with what he has and as long as it bamboozles his opposition, he'll keep winning IMO.

Wlad is legitimatly the number 1 ranked heavyweight. But he is not the "champion" due to Vitali still being around.

I personally wouldnt give to shits about Valuev. But the fact there is a legitimate belt holder in the division who could be argued is the better fighter means that he cannot be called the "Champion".

When Vitali retires or gets beaten by father time. Wlad will clean up.

Yes, buthat's not saying much. His 1 major attribute is his height, that's it. He exploits his reach, and thats why he wins. I would love to see him be the smaller man for once.
