His speed is far superior to anyone 240+ to ever lace em up.

If you don't think he has fast hands you aren't paying attention.

    Workrate is average, yes.

    His balance is fantastic!!!!!!!

I noticed his talent when I saw him fight for the gold medal, superheavyweight division, Atlanta, GA back in 1996 when he won the gold medal..................

    Quotes from Emanuel Steward:

"Wladimir has better one-punch knockout capability than Lennox"

"Wlad has the best footwork, coordination and balance of any fighter I ever worked with. He’s the most accurate, single-punch knockout guy I have ever seen. A guy can be completely fine, not hurt, and Wladimir can put his lights out with one shot."

"Wladimir’s coordination is better and he is the most powerful natural talent than any other heavyweight I have worked with."

"In terms of jab, Wladimir is the best and after him I would put Lennox. Lewis was a more versatile fighter and he could completely restructure a fight. But in terms of boxing arsenal, Wladimir is better."

Manny has to say that, to keep his fighters confidence.

In terms of natural athleticism, Jeffries is generally considered as without peer amongst the HW champs

No, of those three Foreman most certainly is not (he is strong as an oxe though... and perhaps the strongest HW ever...).

Ali.... hmmm.. I think Wlad is as or perhaps even slightly more physically gifted. But Ali was mentally much stronger, and a much more natural fighter. So Ali would beat Wlad 19 out of 20 times imo.

There is no doubting that he is up there as one of the most physically gifted Heavyweights. But do you not think that he has had to work on a great deal of his athletic ability? I mean, your question is, Is Wlad the most naturally gifted athletic HW ever? Naturally being the important word. He is not exactly smooth in his movement (although, not as robotic as people claim either). He is fast, powerful, gets good drive on his footwork...but all of these things have been worked on, and crafted to benefit his current style IMO.

There is no doubting that he is athletic and physically gifted. But naturally one of the best? Not so sure.

I bet if we looked at vids of them performing road work, sit ups, balancing, etc. Joe Louis beats him by a mile. Tyson, Ali, Patterson for sure. I'm not sure he's particularly more athletic than Frazier, Tunney, Johnson, Schmeling, Jeffries.
