I been getting a couple of posters who insist that Wlad can not be an ATG because he got zero ATG'S on his resume.

I insist that despite the fact I don't like Kbros, their standings is determined on the overall resume quality, not just 1-2 wins over 'fellow ATG'S. (which is non existent in their era)

He's one of the classiest guys to ever hold the belts, but not an ATG IMO. Most guys will say his is a top 15-20 heavyweight. Well, using the original eight weight classes that makes him about number 120-160 overall. There are only a handful of ATG's.

he cleaned out his era, which makes him an ATG

how is he supposed to beat an ATG if one doesn't exist? he can't go back in time to face Ali, Fraizer, Foreman, or Louis in their prime, he's done what he was supposed to do, not his fault he's got no real challanges in the near future

He teamed up with his brother, split the division between them, then they collectively cleaned it. Much different.

  13. I think it goes without saying that he is. A great pioneer for the sport (although boring in and our of ring i'd say) and the most dominent heavyweight of the 21st century. I'd say he's top 15 - possibly top 10 atg heavyweight.
