What a ****** you are . You also state Tyson, Lewis AND Holyfield are not ATG'S. Your opinions mean jack ****ing ****
While not having beaten any ATGs or HOFs, he has beaten some solid guys.. He is definitely an ATG for dominating a decent division..
I voted no, cause to me ATG= top 100 p4p fighters of all time and no way in hell does he rank there. If we're talking is he a heavyweight ATG? definitely yes. I could understand arguments for having him ranked anywhere between #10-#20 as far as ATG heavy's go.
If we exclude the 105lb HWs oof the olden days and we base the ATGS simply off H2H, Chris Byrd is certainly a top 20 ATG. David Haye is as well. Ray Mercer would be top 30, and there are several top contenders and prospects coming up who will attain multiple titles should they stay healthy.
I think he arguably is. Its unfortunate for him that he simply never fought anyone close to his skill level. Once he reached his peak there wasnt anyone that challenged him. Hes been at the top of the division for 7 years, will be 8 years in 2013, and there wont be single fighter in that time that came close to beating him. I think he deserves to be within the Top 10 all time
If he is... he would be pretty much the lone wolf among ATG Heavy's who has never beaten an ATG Heavyweight or a fighter that will go on to be in the Hall of fame, hasn't even been in the ring with a great fighter. And it isn't like he hasn't had the oppurtunities. So, no. Based on this very important fact that i outlined. No, he isn't. Unless your standards are incredibly low.
no it wont. There are a dozen 6'7 superheavyweights on the horizon. Wlad will be remembered for fighting Mormeck Chambers guys half his size.
He did what he had to do in the division, he beat everyone he could in the division so. Yes he's an ATG heavyweight at Top 10-15
I have considered wlad an atg since haye to be honest, everything was on the line for him there. Basically his key is longetivity, if he can keep this up for a few years and retire without any loss or when way past prime nobody is going to doubt him. I honestly believe he will get much more respect in 20/30 years then nowadays and I also feel he is capable of a 10 year straight title reign, eventhough its a modern day version of the bum of the month club with a few exceptions.
