If Haye was to beat Vitali then he probably would become one.

I think he's in the 9 -15 range, so anyone having him in their top 10 doesn't really both me. I certainly don't could his most recent result against him, given his age.

Losing to Fury can potentially do wonders do his legacy. If Wlad can come back and win in a spectacular fashion, he will be elevated way further in rankings than a regular win over Fury the first time around ever could. He is a top 10 ATG regardless. If he wins the rematch by KO, he will be top 5.

The massive flaws in Wlads game were evident years ago. Just nobody had the size or skill set to expose them. He still has his legacy and achievements but his ability was never close to that of the greats.

The issue is, this is both a compliment and an insult and one that probably quite a few agree with ultimately.

He might not be as skilled as people once thought and in terms of actual p4p skill be might have been grossly over rated.

But the reality is not many throughout history do have the skillset or size to take advantage so he's still gonna be classed quite highly in hw history because the size/skill ratio limits those throughout history (unless Fury ends up being garbage and loses most of his next few fights).

I think in terms of greatness he is top ten definitely from what he's achieves. I terms if h2h I reckon he's a lock for top 20.

Top 20? He's easily top 10. He just lost at 39 years old give him a break. Louis ALi Lewis Holmes would have gotten killed by fury at age 39
