He really shouldn't be because V would absolutely kick his ass, however numbers are numbers and he is very dominant.
Emm, yes its it his problem, since he is ranked and graded on the opposition he fought and lost to and evidently it "sucks" Therefore he can't be ranked as an ATG as he was blown out and struggled badly against these guys who "sucked"
Wlad is considered pretty damn relevant in many parts of the world. That said, he should close his show out with some better wins than his last few outings to make a statement.
How can you be considered ATG if you have never fought a HOFer? I don't get where the praise for him comes from, he's the best of a very bad bunch IMO and that's all and even then he cheat his way to victory by clinching and using his natural height and weight advantages... His bro is twice the fighter he is Please someone prove me otherwise
He is. I'm looking forward to him taking care of Leapai and wrapping up his career with some stronger wins- nothing wrong with the occasional Mormeck, Leapai, or Pianeta, but it's time to get back on track afterward. Hopefully the WBC belt doesn't wind up in Don King's mitts and we can see that unification fight...
Hate to break it you Dino but he will be remembered as an ATG at heavy, as much as that kills you inside.
Mike Tyson today is more popular than Wlad and he hasn't fought in 16 years. When he was active every man and and hid Grandmother knew who he was. Go down the pub , ask a guy who Wladimeer Klitschko is and he'll say "who". His fights are so terrible they will never get re-runs unless they are the ones where he lost so he'll only be remembered for getting stretched out by ordinary fighters.
not yet, but not far off if he gets his skates on. he needs about 4-5 more povetkins, and he must stop fighting fakes.
Wlad is a all time great at fighting bums, But you could add Joe Louis , Larry Holmes and Rocky Marciano to that list too.
Facts: Wlad is boxing in front of sold out 25k - 75k venues in *EACH FIGHT*. His fights get sold out in hours, not days.
