He's a disgrace, and has turned every average boxing fan away from heavyweight boxing.

My dad and uncle who were big boxing fans back in the day can't stand to watch him, they cringe whenever they hear his name.

Its a pretty close poll, but most feel Wlad is the most boring fighting in the world.

Ward and Hopkins have a case for the #1.

Agreed, but both have faced far better fighters and neither have Wlads punching ability. Wlad is my pick, but I wouldnt argue to much if someone picked the 107 year old Hopkins or even the number two p4p Ward. At least they use all their skills though. Grabbing and leaning is not a skill...at least in my opinion.

You are misreading the situation. Wlad simply does not NEED to go to war. Wlad can't be forced to go to war like Lewis did, because Wlad is in complete control. Wlad controls the distance, pace, and range of a fight WAY better than Lewis did. Lewis took more punches because his defense wasn't as tight, and he was easier to draw into wars, because his footwork and balance weren't anywhere near Wlad's. If Lewis could stand on the outside and win by boxing (like he did against Tua)... then he would have.

Ali dominated his opponents from the outside and clinched on the inside until he was unable to do so.

It would be silly for Wlad to "go to war" with his opponents when he can completely dominate them, break them down, and usually take them out. He hardly ever takes a flush shot, and you have to really search for a round that he has lost during his entire title reign.
